BES Project
Every master of their craft has a beginning, and for us, it started with a deep curiosity for light and texture. This project represents one of our very first steps into the world of architectural visualization, created during a time of intense learning and experimentation. While the architectural model itself was sourced from the global community at 3D Warehouse via SketchUp, it served as the perfect canvas for us to practice the art of digital storytelling. This early work allowed us to move beyond basic structures and begin exploring how to breathe life into a 3D environment through the lens of a visual artist.
During this experimental phase, our primary goal was to master the complex interplay between light, shadow, and materiality. We used this sourced model to test our ability to simulate realistic environments, focusing on how daylight filters through windows and how different surfaces react to artificial glow. By refining our techniques in texturing and atmospheric rendering, we transformed a raw digital model into a space with emotional resonance. This process was instrumental in developing the precise attention to detail that has now become the signature standard for all projects under the BES Project name.
We believe it is important to honor the roots of our journey and express our sincere gratitude to the original creators who share their work on 3D Warehouse. Their contributions to the SketchUp community provided us with the essential building blocks needed to sharpen our skills and grow into the studio we are today. Although we did not design the original architecture of this piece, the exercise of bringing it to life through high end rendering was a vital milestone. It stands as a proud reminder of where we started and the passion that continues to drive our evolution in the world of 3D visualization.
