NEON VESPA

This project takes the timeless retro silhouette of a Vespa and injects it with a surge of modern energy through a bold neon green finish. We wanted to play with the contrast between heritage and contemporary street culture by selecting a color that feels electric and rebellious. The smooth matte texture of the neon body is emphasized by sharp lighting which reveals the iconic retro curves and sleek architectural lines of the scooter. By stripping away traditional chrome and focusing on high saturation hues, we have transformed a vintage classic into a futuristic statement piece.

In our exploration, we focused on the fine balance between the tactical grip of the black handlebars and the refined trim of the front shield. We chose a dramatic perspective and moody green gradients to create an atmosphere that feels both mysterious and inviting. Subtle red rim lighting was added to provide a cinematic touch that defines the silhouette against the shadows while maintaining a retro-modern aesthetic. This piece is a reflection of our passion for breathing new life into legendary designs and seeing how color can completely shift the personality of a beloved object.
