For this showcase, we focused on the Drape Soleil Armchair by the renowned brand Laurameroni. This piece is a masterpiece of texture and form, and our goal was to highlight the exquisite craftsmanship that makes this furniture icon so unique.
The challenge of this project lay in the intricate “drape” detail that defines the Drape Soleil collection. We utilized high-fidelity 3D simulation to capture the soft, rhythmic folds of the velvet and leather, ensuring that the interplay of light and shadow on the fabric felt authentic and luxurious. By focusing on these micro-details, NEX Project successfully translated the tactile elegance of Laurameroni’s design into a digital format that looks as rich as it feels in person.
To complement the armchair’s sophisticated silhouette, we created a minimalist studio environment that allows the product to remain the undisputed protagonist. We experimented with soft, directional lighting to accentuate the radial patterns and the plush volume of the seat. This project isn’t just a product render; it’s a visual exploration of high-end materiality, demonstrating our ability to deliver premium advertisements for luxury brands that demand nothing less than perfection.
